Editorial Policy

Every page on Main Street Docs is meant to help you finish one document.

• One page, one job. We try not to publish several pages that say the same thing.
• Usable templates. Guides include a blank template you can download or copy.
• Fictional samples. Names, companies and figures in samples are made up and labelled as samples.
• No advice we cannot give. We leave out legal contracts, tax forms and medical forms, and we point to a qualified professional where a question needs one.
• Independent. We do not accept payment to mention a product.
• Fixing mistakes. Tell us when something is wrong, and we will correct it and note significant changes.
